INTERNSHIP 

PROGRAM 

(PAID)

The Afro-Australian Student Organisation (AASO) is seeking applications from students of African heritage to participate in our African Australian Internship Program.

AASO in partnership with Victorian and Sydney businesses is offering internships across a range of industries.

How to apply

Candidates must complete an AASO membership form and submit the following below to admin@aaso.org.au:

     
1) A cover letter outlining the following:
 

  • Why you are interested in this internship position.
     

  • Course being studied, year of study and university
    (for example; Bachelor of Business, 2nd-year undergraduate, University of Melbourne)
     

  • Availability (for example; I'm available to work Tuesday's and Thursday's during the semester and four days per week in the winter break commencing 28 June 2022)
     

  • Contact details including email and phone number where available
     

  • Note whether you are a current Domestic or International student
    (Please note that while we will accept International Students as part of this initiative, Domestic students remain our preference)


2) An up-to-date CV

 

3) Upon request a copy of your most recent academic transcript (required if successful)
