The Afro-Australian Student Organisation (AASO) is seeking applications from students of African heritage to participate in The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry African Australian Internship Program.

AASO in partnership with The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is offering 10 internships across a range of businesses across Victoria. 

How to apply

Candidates must complete the online application form and include the following: 

1) A cover letter outlining detailing the following: 

  • Current discipline being studied, year of study and partner university 
    (for example; Bachelor of Business, 2nd-year undergraduate, University of Melbourne) 


  • Area of interest (for example; business, social media, human resources, engineering, IT, finance etc.)

  • Availability (for example; I'm available to work Tuesday's and Thursday's during the semester and four days per week in the winter break commencing 22 June 2018)

  • Contact details including email and phone number where available

  • Note whether they are a current Domestic or International student.
    (Please note that while we will accept International Students as part of this particular initiative, Domestic students remain our preference). 


2) An up-to-date CV

3) A copy of your most recent academic transcript.
